Odisha CM revokes appointments of corporation chairpersons made by previous govt

Odisha's Chief Minister, Mohan Majhi, revoked the appointments of chairpersons in government-run corporations made by the former government, citing lack of qualitative progress in their management.

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Saturday revoked the appointments of chairpersons in the government-run corporations made by the previous government.

In a release, the Chief Minister’s Office informed about the decision to revoke the appointments.

As per the release, the Chief Minister revoked the appointments citing that no qualitative progress in the management of the said corporations was witnessed.
