Four mutilated bodies found on rail track on Odisha-Jharkhand border

DSP Rakesh Minj and a team of the Government Railway Police along with a forensic team rushed to the spot and started an investigation into the matter. The bodies have been seized for post-mortem.

In a gruesome incident, mutilated bodies of four persons were found on the Bimalagarh-Kiriburu railway track in Sundargarh on the Odisha-Jharkhand border on Saturday. Though it is suspected to be a case of murder; police and the GRP have started an investigation into the incident.

As per reports, two of the mutilated bodies identified to be of a man and a woman were packed in two sacks and dumped on the track while two mutilated bodies belonging to an infant and a girl (believed to be two and a half years) were recovered on the track about 15 metres away.
