Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda seeks diplomatic intervention to bring back Odia man’s dead body from
BJP National Vice-President and Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda has sought the diplomatic intervention of the Indian Ambassador in Oman to bring back the body of an Odia man who died in a roof collapse incident there.

According to sources, the deceased worker identified as Bipin Bihari Swain, who belonged to Chakradharpur village under Rajnagar police limits in Kendrapara district, lost his life on December 8, when an under-construction roof collapsed at the site where he was engaged.

The deceased's grief-stricken family members sought MP Panda's help to bring back the body from the foreign land for last rites. The parliamentarian, who is best known for such philanthropic work, wrote a letter to the Indian Ambassador in Oman, urging him to take steps to facilitate the return of Bipin’s body to India as early as possible.
In the letter, MP Panda also urged the Indian Ambassador to ensure payment of all dues.
