Mamita Murder Case: Plea Filed In Orissa HC Seeking Investigation Against Minister Dibya Shankar

Last month, the outfit had also filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Rs 50 lakh compensation for the next of the kin of the deceased lady teacher. However, the organization said that the PIL is yet to be listed for hearing though three memos have been made so far. Bhubaneswar: A social organisation, Bharatiya Bikash Parishad, on Thursday filed an Interim Application (IP) in the Orissa High Court seeking direction to the Odisha government to bring Odisha Minister of State (Home) Dibya Shankar Mishra in the ambit of the investigation into the murder of Kalahandi lady teacher Mamita Meher.
