Year’s last solar eclipse to be visible for 20 minutes in Bhubaneswar

There will be a partial solar eclipse today, starting at 2.28pm and ending at 5.32 pm. In Bhubaneswar, the celestial event will be visible for about 20 minutes from 4.56 pm to 5.16 pm.

Moreover, the Moon will cover only 10 to 15 percent of the Sun. This being the last eclipse of the year, there is a lot of enthusiasm among the sky watchers. However, scientists have advised them to avoid watching the event with naked eyes.
