Ace Indian filmmaker SS Rajamouli's SSMB29 is one of the highly-anticipated movies. While Tollywood Prince Mahesh Babu is locked to play the male lead in the action-adventure, reports are doing rounds that Priyanka Chopra is finalised as the female lead. Her recent arrival in Hyderabad on Thursday fuelled the buzz and fans speculated the grand announcement of Desi Girl's entry into SSMB29. However, the latest report suggests that Priyanka is yet to give a nod to SS Rajamouli and take the final call on working with Mahesh Babu.
According to a report by Telugu 360, Priyanka Chopra Jonas indeed landed in Hyderabad for SSMB29. But, she is yet to give a nod to Rajamouli. Priyanka came to Hyderabad for a series of meetings with the RRR helmer. Moreover, a look test has been conducted on PC.

If the reports are anything to go by, the Baahubali helmer sought bulk dates of PC and the actress is yet to take the final call. Though the Mujhse Shaadi Karogi actress is interested to work in the mega project, she has yet to clarify the availability of bulk dates.
However, there is no official confirmation from the makers regarding the development.
For the unversed, Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli kicked off the much-awaited action-adventure thriller with a grand pooja ceremony in Hyderabad a few weeks back. The pooja ceremony was held at an Aluminum Factory and attended by key members of the film's crew including Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu. SSMB29 is being made at a whooping budget of Rs 1000 crore and it will be made in two instalments.
