Sharvari Wagh Vs Rashmika Mandanna: With stellar line-ups who will be the next female superstar in Bollywood?

Two young actresses-Sharvari Wagh and Rashmika Mandanna seems to be hot favourites with leading Bollywood banners. Not surprisingly they have a stellar line-up of projects that are now the envy of many young actresses who are yearning to become huge superstars. While Rashmika Mandanna is already a big star in the South having delivered some major superhits with Southern superstars, Sharvari has seen a lot of ups and downs but finally seems to be finding her way to glory.

Rashmika is poised to become the next big Bollywood superstar

Starting her career from Kannada movie Kirik Party to delivering some recent big hits like Pushpa: The Rise and Animal, Rashoo continues to be one of the most loved and followed actresses of today. She continues to attract big banners and projects from both South as well as Bollywood. While she will be next seen in Pushpa: The Rule this December with Allu Arjun, Rashoo is also playing Yesubai in Vicky Kaushal-led Chhaava, is certainly a part of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal Park and also has been roped in by Maddock Films for their movie Thama with Ayushmann Khurrana. What’s more, she is also a part of Salman Khan’s Sikandar directed by A.R. Murugadoss.

There is already a huge hype for Pushpa 2 as well as Animal Park and undoubtedly both these movies are going to get a huge opening. Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films has delivered two back to back hits –Munjya and Stree 2 this year and is considered now as one of the most successful banners in Bollywood. It seems Vijan loved Rasho’s work and hence after Chhaava he once again signed the Goodbye actress for their next movie for the horror-comedy universe.

Sharvari Wagh to give tough competition

She debuted with YRF’s Bunty Aur Babli 2 which was a huge disaster. But that did not stop her from getting good projects. Post this huge debacle, Sharvari grabbed some cream projects like Munjya from Maddock Films which turned out to be the sleeper hit of 2024. Also it seems that YRF has huge faith in the talent of Sharvari because she is leading the female-centric action movie Alpha along-side Alia Bhatt.

The production house has plans to revive their Dhoom franchise and Dhoom 4 will most probably have Sharvari playing one of the leading ladies although there is no official confirmation. What’s more Saif Ali Khan is returning to Race franchise and the fourth instalment will most probably have Sharvari as one of the female leads. Also with Munjya becoming such a big hit, there are plans for a sequel and Sharvari might be a part of it.
