Shaktimaan is the most-awaited movie that fans are eagerly waiting for. Even actor Mukesh Khanna seems to be quite excited to bring the most-loved superhero to the big screen. However, the OG Shaktimaan is quite choosy over finalising the lead actor. While reports were abuzz that Ranveer Singh would be seen as Shaktimaan, the veteran actor busted the rumours and even deemed Ranveer unfit to play the iconic role of Shaktimaan. Even fans of the Padmaavat actor lashed out at Mukesh Khanna for making comments on their matinee idol. However, now it seems things have sorted out and the veteran actor will soon clear the airs.
A couple of days ago, reports surfaced that Ranveer met Mukesh at his office. And on Wednesday, OG Shatimaan confirmed meeting Ranveer and also shared a few pics of the Bajirao Mastani actor.
Today, Mukesh shared a video on social media to clarify the doubts among his fans. In the video, at first, he thanked his fans and audience for sharing their views on 'Who will become Shaktimaan.'

Notably, a couple of days ago, Mukesh shared a video 'Kaun Banega Shaktimaan' in which he asked his fans to share their views on who will be perfect as Shaktimaan. The comments section was flooded with mixed reactions. While many users suggested Vidyut Jammwal and Mohit Raina's name, several others opined that if Rajinikanth can portray young characters, he should himself reprise the iconic superhero's character. Even a few others suggested the names of actors from the South film industry including Allu Arjun and Ram Charan.
Acknowledging everyone's opinion, Mukesh thanked his fans for still considering him for Shaktimaan. He shared a few pictures of Ranveer Singh at his office. Mukesh said that the Simmba actor was welcomed wholeheartedly at his office.

Praising Ranveer, Mukesh said, "He is a very good person with a dynamic personality. We talked about a lot of things. However, there are few things that can be revealed and others should remain a secret and be revealed at the right time."
Without disclosing anything further, Mukesh said that they talked for around 3-4 hours. He also praised Ranveer saying 'the most energetic actor in the industry'.
However, he also confirmed that no final decision has yet been made regarding Shaktimaan's lead character.
Well, Mukesh Khanna also ascertained that the announcement will be made as soon as they make the final decision. An official announcement can be expected soon. Even the recent friendly meet between Ranveer and Mukesh has also sparked speculations that the OG is considering the Simmba actor to play the lead. However, fans need to wait until an official announcement.
