Upcoming Projects and Film Update
Varun was last seen in Baby John, released on December 25, 2024. Directed by Kalees, the film is a Hindi remake of Atlee’s 2016 Tamil blockbuster Theri. In the action-packed role of DCP Satya Verma, Dhawan embraced the South Indian cinematic style, even drawing inspiration from superstar Rajinikanth’s iconic mannerisms.
Looking ahead, Varun has teamed up with Janhvi Kapoor for Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Initially slated for an April 18, 2025 release, the film’s launch has now been postponed to later in the year. The makers released an official statement confirming the delay.
