On Wednesday, she took to her Instagram story and shared about 'being alone' as the 'scariest thing'.

In her recent post on Instagram, she shared her experience of spending three days in silence, without using a mobile phone and spending time with herself. She also wrote that being alone with herself has become one of the scariest things.

In her post, she wrote, "Three days in silence. No phone. No communication. Just me for the company." (sic)
Further, she wrote, "Somehow, being alone with ourselves has become one of the scariest things." (sic)
Well, she also wrote about spending time in silence, without phone and communication a million times again.
"Would I do it again? A million times, yes. Would I recommend to try it? A million times, yes," she added. (sic)
Indeed, spending time in solitude with self, without a phone or any communication can be a life-changing experience with which one could reset life while attaining peace.
Samantha being an active social media user, keeps her fans updated about her physical and mental health.
