Strong rumours about Salman and Atlee teaming up for a big two-superstar movie have been circulating for some time now. Interestingly, the latest buzz also says that Atlee has decided to rope Kamal Haasan as the second superstar to join the movie. But before Atlee kicks off his project with these two superstars Salman Khan reportedly has given a nod to do a cameo in Baby John.
The movie is produced by Atlee Kumar in collaboration with Cine1 Studios’ Murad Khetani and features Varun Dhawan, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Keerthy Suresh in key roles. Baby John is the official remake of a Tamil blockbuster Theri and is slated to release on Christmas 2024. The shooting for Salman’s cameo will take place by the end of July or the start of August depending on the climatic conditions. Nevertheless, it is unknown whether Varun and Salman will be seen together in one shot or if Bollywood’s Tiger has an entirely different sequence.
Salman Khan and Varun Dhawan have earlier done cameos in each other’s movies. While the Dabangg actor appeared in a guest role in Varun’s Judwaa 2, the Bhediya actor was seen in Salman’s Antim: The Final Truth in a cameo. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor also dubbed for various gods in Main Tera Hero with Varun Dhawan as the lead. The two share a good bond, and it was Salman Khan who mentored both Arjun Kapoor and Varun Dhawan and made them Bollywood ready before their official debut.
Baby John has already wrapped most of its shooting and now only a song and the sequence with Salman Khan needs to be shot. Directed by Kalees, a South Indian film director the dialogues for this film have been written by Jawan fame Sumit Arora. Apart from Baby John, fans are more excited to know about Atlee’s collaboration as a director with Salman Khan and whether the rumours about Kamal Haasan joining them are true or not.
