Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is reportedly planning to collaborate with Apoorva Lakhia for a war drama, based on the Galwan Valley 2020 conflict. Following the underperformance of his last release Sikandar, Sallu is apparently being more cautious for his next. While earlier reports were abuzz about Bhaijaan teaming up with Sanjay Dutt for 'Ganga Ram'. However, he put the project on the back burner, reportedly for his fans. Though it sounds unbelievable, the latest report suggests that Salman considered the requests of his fans and has put Ganga Ram on pause.

Salman Considered Fans' Request!
According to the latest report, Salman Khan decided to put Ganga Ram with Sanjay Dutt on hold after his ardent fans expressed displeasure over it.
Bollywood Hungama's report states that the ardent fans of the superstar were unhappy about him gearing up for Ganga Ram right after Sikandar's poor performance at the box office. Fans feared that his next film co-starring Sanjay Dutt would also end up with the same fate and another debacle after Sikandar would affect the superstar's star power.
The reports of Ganga Ram triggered significant uproar on social media.
According to the portal, Salman learned about his fans' reactions and also met some of them a few days after Sikandar's release.
The report quoted a close source as saying, "Fans expressed their concern over this film, and Salman assured that he’ll look into their issues. A few days later, he decided to put this project on hold. He’s now looking at scripts from other filmmakers like Kabir Khan, Ali Abbas Zafar, Sooraj Barjatya, etc.”

Further, the source also said that fans of other actors continue to defend their matinee idols when they deliver a debacle. However, Sallu's fans are different as they accepted that Sikandar was 'not up to the mark'. While they expressed their displeasure over Ganga Ram, Salman met his fans and heard them patiently.

The source added, "He is now taking concrete steps so that his fan base is not dejected. This is what makes Salman Khan a true-blue star. There’s no doubt that with this approach, he’ll bounce back."
