As promised earlier, Hombale Films made the much-awaited announcement today related to Prabhas-starrer Salaar. The makers have finally locked the release date of Salaar, helmed by KGF fame Prashanth Neel. As announced, Salaar: The Saga's worldwide theatrical release date has been locked for September 28, 2023.
KGF Chapter 2: Worldwide TV Premiere
On the other hand, many were waiting eagerly for the announcement of KGF Chapter 2 (Hindi) worldwide television premiere. Making the announcement, Sony Max teased a special video with a caption reading: "Iss Sher ke panje se koi nahi bach payega, apni maa se kiya vaada poora karne, yeh sari hadhe paar kar jayega! The wait is over… Watch the most awaited #WorldTVRelease of 2022, #KGFChapter2 on 18th September, Sun 8 PM, only on #SonyMAX."
Pushpa: The Rule
Meanwhile, the recent media buzz sent the Pushpa fandom into cloud nine after rumours started to flew thick that superstar Vijay Sethupathi might be roped in to play a crucial role in Sukumar's directorial.
However, the Vikram Vedha fame has now clarified on the speculations fuelled by the media reports.
The team of Vijay Sethupathi has now clarified that the ‘Vikram’ star is not part of the Pushpa 2.
KGF: Chapter 3
Even after 100 days of its release, the craze for KGF Chapter 2 is yet to diminish and successfully running in different theatres. However, anticipation for KGF Chapter 3 is mounting with each passing day. After the confirmation from the makers, different buzzes popped up regarding the shooting updates. As per such a buzz, the makers are prepping up to go on floors in December. Yet, there is no official update backing the claim. However, it might happen as Salaar will hit the theatres on September 28 and following that Prashanth Neel will be free to once again team up with Yash for the third part of KGF franchise.
