YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as The Beer Biceps, shared a heartfelt post on Instagram Monday night, reflecting on his journey from childhood to internet stardom. The post comes just days after his return to podcasting following a widely publicized controversy earlier this year.
A Glimpse Into His Journey
Allahbadia’s post featured a series of nostalgic photographs, offering glimpses into his early life. From candid childhood moments to recent snapshots of his career, the photos showcased his transformation over the years.

What particularly caught fans’ attention was the emotional caption. Writing a powerful note to his younger self, Ranveer reflected on resilience, loyalty, and personal growth.
“Note to this guy: Life is a storm. Enjoy the ups. Learn from the downs. Take care of people who stand alongside you. Grow after every setback. Live every chapter like the lion you are 🦁 Never. Back. Down. Ran-Veer: Brave on the battlefield,” he wrote.
The Controversy: India’s Got Latent Episode
The Instagram post follows a recent controversy that saw Allahbadia under fire. During an episode of India’s Got Latent, he posed a highly inappropriate question to a contestant:
“Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once to make it stop forever?”
Although fellow panelists Apoorva Mukhija and Ashish Chanchlani laughed off the comment, it sparked massive outrage online. The backlash led to several FIRs against the show’s creators, including Allahbadia.
Legal Action and Public Outrage
The situation escalated when the National Commission for Women (NCW) intervened, demanding accountability. Ranveer was later required to submit a written apology.
The Supreme Court granted him interim protection from arrest but strongly condemned his behavior. The court called the remarks “vulgar” and accused him of having a “dirty mind that shamed society.”
A Public Apology and Promise to Improve
Following the incident, Ranveer issued a public apology and addressed the nation in a video titled “Dear India”. In the video, he appealed for forgiveness and vowed to do better.
“We will improve our podcast quality. Like every week, four episodes will come, focusing on India’s rich history, culture, and personal growth topics,” he assured his followers.
