Priyanka Chopra Jonas is currently in India and has been seen visiting different events and places. After launching the store of the international brand Bvlgari in India, the desi girl was spotted enjoying a Holi party with the Ambanis. PeeCee was also seen with Nick Jonas, and their daughter Maltie Marie visiting the Ram Mandir temple in Ayodhya and shared a cute video on her social media account.
But these are not the only reasons why Priyanka Chopra Jonas is in India. She is back in her homeland to make a strong comeback in Bollywood with solid projects. According to Hindustan Times, “For Priyanka, the trip to India is purely for work. Along with attending the event in Mumbai, she has several things lined up. She has back-to-back meetings in different capacities. She also has a production house, and she has decided to put some focus on the same. She is meeting people to finalise three or four of the next projects under her banner”.
The source has added, “She knows there is a lot of curiosity around her next Hindi project and wants to finalise a project soon. She is going through several scripts, and meeting several makers to decide on the same. She is also meeting Sanjay Leela Bhansali for an action project, set in a different period. She has liked the project, and is meeting Bhansali now to decide on the timeline, schedule, and costumes”.
Also, she is reportedly in Bollywood’s capital Mumbai to promote Citadel’s Indian version that stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead. The project was announced recently at an event held by Amazon Prime Video. There have been reports that Priyanka Chopra Jonas has also met with Farhan Akhtar with whom she shares a very good bond.
