Amitabh Bachchan's Plans For Property Distribution
Recently, Amitabh Bachchan's plans for property distribution have gone viral. In an old interview in 2011, BigB spoke about how he raised his children with an equal approach. He further revealed that his property will be equally shared among Abhishek and Shweta.
During the interview with Rediff, the Kalki 2898 AD actor shared, “I had decided on one thing: that I would not differentiate between them. When I die, whatever little I have will be equally divided between my daughter and my son—there is no differentiation. Jaya and I decided on that a long time ago. Everyone says that a girl is ‘paraya dhan,’ that she goes to her husband’s house, but in my eyes, she is our daughter, and she has the same rights as Abhishek."
Notably, Amitabh Bachchan and his family were named the fourth-richest Bollywood entity by the Hurun India Rich List 2024. The net worth of the Millennium Star’s family was reported to be Rs 1,600 crore.
