Samantha Ruth Prabhu has become the talk of the Southern film industry after she gave her nod for doing an item song in Allu Arjun’s upcoming mega venture Puhspa: The Rise. Incidentally, it is going to be the first item song for the Oh! Baby actress who refrained from doing flesh-revealing roles and scenes post her marriage to Naga Chaitanya. There have been rumours that Naga Chaitanya was not in favour of his wife doing such intimate scenes and was upset to see Sam doing it in The Family Man Season 2.
Incidentally, the web series was a sort of debut in the Hindi mainstream entertainment industry for the actress and hence, she did not want to lose the opportunity. And that has been rumoured to be one of the reasons why Sam and Naga separated. Now, these speculations and rumours have further gathered momentum after Samantha Ruth Prabhu was confirmed for an item song in Pushpa 1.
The Tollywood superstar, who had sort of started taking less work as she was planning to start a family with Naga, now seems to be eager to try out new projects and enjoy her life. After having a splendid vacation with her friends in Yamnotri, Kedarnath and Jamnotri, she signed up for two movies back to back under the direction of Shanturabhan and director duo Hari and Harish.
Reports are also adrift that the actress is also looking for a web series project to debut on the Telugu OTT platform. Thus, there have been very fast developments in the career of Sam post her separation from Naga making fans speculate that somehow the Love Story actor had put some restrictions on his wife.
Fans are still quite upset with the divorce of the ex-couple. Nevertheless, they are happy that Samantha is now once again focusing on her career and doing more movies.
