Kriti Sanon has been the frontrunner for the role of Roma in Don 3 after Kiara Advani quit the movie due to her pregnancy. With Ranveer Singh gearing up to play the iconic Don replacing Shah Rukh Khan, the hype around this movie is pretty high. Fans have been eagerly waiting for a confirmation from a reliable source regarding the name of the Bollywood actress who will play the famous character of Roma earlier played by superstars like Zeenat Aman and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
Kriti Sanon is confirmed as Roma for Don 3
A reliable source has now confirmed that the Heropanti actress has given a nod to portray Roma in Ranveer Singh-led film. Apart from Kriti, the name of Sharvari Wagh who has now become a star in her own right after delivering hits like Munjya was also rumoured to be considered for the role. However, finally, it is Kriti Sanon who will be paired opposite Ranveer Singh in Don 3. It will be the first time that the two actors will be paired opposite each other.
Earlier Pinkvilla had almost confirmed Kriti’s presence in Don 3 saying, “Farhan Akhtar and the creative team of Excel Entertainment were looking to cast an experienced actress with a screen presence on board Don 3, and Kriti Sanon fits the bill like hand in glove. She has the aura to play Roma on screen, and is excited to sign the dotted lines soon.”
Vikrant Massey comes on board for Don 3
Apart from Kriti, Vikrant Massey will also join Don 3 and will be playing a meaty role in the movie. With Kriti and Vikrant joining this mega movie, the star cast looks interesting and it will be wonderful to watch the two sharing the screen for the first time along with Ranveer Singh.
The shooting is expected to start in October 2025 and will be extensively shot in exotic places of Europe. Reports indicate that the makers have already locked the locations and are just giving final touches to the action sequences.
