Actress Janhvi Kapoor, who is currently busy in promotions of her upcoming Mr and Mrs Mahi, recently shared an interesting and funny anecdote about when she was 'caught' by her father Boney Kapoor while sneaking out a boy from her room.
During a recent interview on Mashable India’s YouTube channel, Janhvi recalled an interesting and funny story when she was trying to be sneaky and her father saw it happening on the CCTV.
The interesting incident took place at her old house in Mumbai, which was bought by her late mother Sridevi.
Recalling the incident, Janhvi said, "I snuck someone in and didn't want to let him out of the front door."
Janhvi said that she asked the boy to jump out of her room on the first floor through the window.
"My car was there parked outside the window. It was a Lexus. So, I just said jump atop the car and rollover. He did and Dad saw it on the CCTV camera anyway. And, he was like, 'What are you doing?' That's when he put this grill outside my room so that no one could jump in and out."

Further, she also shared that when the boy jumped out of her window onto the car, her driver was sitting inside the car. However, she didn't realise it at the time. However, Janhvi didn't disclose the boy's identity, whom she snuck out of her room.
On the work front, Janhvi will be next seen in Mr and Mrs Mahi alongside Rajkummar Rao. She also has 'Devara: Part 1' in which she is paired opposite Jr NTR. The movie marks her Tollywood debut. She also has Ulajh and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari in the pipeline. Moreover, she has a Telugu movie with Ram Charan. Further, though there is no official confirmation, Janhvi is foraying into Kollywood with a Tamil movie backed by Kamal Haasan. Even she reportedly has 'Karna' in her kitty opposite Suriya.
