Ajay Devgn is the highest-paid OTT star, who reportedly charged Rs 125 crore for one season of a web show.
In 2021, Ajay Devgn signed the Indian adaptation of the hit British show, Luther. Ajay starred in Rudra: Edge of Darkness, as a cop with dark shades.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Ajay Devgn charged a whooping amount of Rs 125 crore for the season with seven episodes. This is estimated to be around Rs 18 crore per episode, the highest ever in the history of Indian entertainment.
Other Big Stars on OTT
Ajay Devgn tops the list of India's highest-paid OTT stars. Though no other actor of the Singham star's stature has appeared on any OTT show, several other big-screen actors also are on the list. Saif Ali Khan grabs the second spot in the list reportedly having charged Rs 15-20 crore for Sacred Games: Season 2. Even reports suggest that Manoj Bajpayee charged Rs 20 crore for The Family Man 3. Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan reportedly charged Rs 12-15 crore for Citadel: Honey Bunny. On the other hand, according to a GQ report, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Samantha Ruth Prabhu charged somewhere between Rs 5-10 crore for their big shows.

Surprisingly, Bobby Deol, who garnered immense popularity as Baba Nirala with Aashram, charges somewhere between Rs 1-5 crore and Vivek Oberoi was reportedly paid Rs 2 crore for his role in the Indian Police Force.
