Paresh Rawal’s shocking exit from Hera Pheri 3 last month left the franchise fans disappointed. Akshay Kumar was undoubtedly the male lead of the first two films. Suniel Shetty, as Shyam, and Paresh Rawal, as Babu Bhaiyya, had equal footage, and the trio together were considered synonymous with the Hera Pheri franchise.
That is why fans just cannot imagine Hera Pheri 3 without Paresh Rawal who was involved in an ugly legal spat with Akshay Kumar as a result of his sudden exit. However, a recent reply by the veteran actor on social media has triggered hopes among the fans that Paresh Rawal might return to the franchise.
Paresh Rawal’s comment leaves fans hopeful of his return
Earlier on Monday, an X user once again requested Paresh Rawal to return to Hera Pheri 3 and reconsider his decision. The social media user said, “Sir please think (think emoji) Once again to join HERA FERI movie (popcorn emoji) You are the hero of this movie (red heart emoji).”
Very quickly in reply, Rawal responded saying, “NO … There are Three Heroes in Hera Pheri (folded hands and red heart emojis).” That is why fans now believe that by saying that the movie has three heroes Paresh Rawal indirectly acknowledges that he is also a part of the film along with Suniel Shetty and Akshay Kumar.
Earlier on May 18 this year Paresh Rawal had announced officially on his X handle about his exit from Hera Pheri 3. He wrote, “I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from ‘Hera Pheri 3’ was not due to creative differences. I reiterate that there are no creative disagreements with the filmmaker. I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr Priyadarshan.”
When Akshay Kumar was asked about his legal feud with Paresh Rawal during the promotion event of Housefull 5 he refused to say anything against the veteran actor with whom he has worked in many movies and said that the case will take its legal course.
