Dilip Kumar 'Actually Slapped' Madhubala Post-breakup?

However, despite their breakup, they continued to shoot. But, one incident shook the actress.
While Dilip played Mughal Prince Salim's role, Madhubala essayed the role of Anarkali. During a scene in the film, Salim was supposed to slap Anarkali. However, instead of pretending to hit, Kumar actually slapped Madhubala with full force.
