It was a star-studded premiere for Sitaare Zameen Par as apart from Aamir Khan , both Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan attended the screening. Salman spent a considerable amount of time with Aamir and also interacted with the media as the two Khans stood side by side.
Salman Khan was offered Sitaare Zameen Par
During the interaction, Salman Khan revealed that he was first offered Sitaare Zameen Par but Aamir took it from him. Bhaijan said, “Isne mere ko bulaya tha ye subject dekhne ke liye… main chala gaya, mujhe bahut achi lagi picture… maine haan bhi keh di… phir phone aaya ki Aamir khud picture kar raha hai.”
Salman continued to take a jibe at Aamir saying, “Maine itni tareef kari thi picture ki ki Aamir bola, ‘main phaad dunga iss picture mein.” The Tubelight actor also said, “Us waqt thoda sa load tha… scripting, paperwork chal raha tha.”

With this, Salman was hinting at the divorce process of Aamir Khan with Kiran Rao which was underway at that time. But many fans of the Bollywood superstars also thought that the Tiger 3 actor also taunted Aamir during this interaction.
Aamir Khan said earlier Bajrangi Bhaijaan was offered to him
Earlier during his promotional events for Sitaare Zameen Par Aamir Khan during one of his interactions with the media had shared that he was offered the lead role in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
But Aamir told V Vijayendra Prasad the writer of the movie that they should approach Salman Khan for the role. The Baahubali director however approached Kabir Khan first and it was Kabir who took the movie to Salman and the rest is history.
Many thought that by disclosing that he was first offered Sitaare Zameen Par Salman Khan tried to settle a score with Aamir who recently revealed that he was offered Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
