Dhoom 4 has been creating significant buzz since the reports of Ranbir Kapoor coming onboard have surfaced. While an official announcement about the fourth instalment is awaited from the makers, according to a recent report, filmmaker Aditya Chopra is set to take Dhoom 4 on floors and has started work to lock the script.

Aditya Chopra Working on Script for Dhoom 4?
According to an exclusive report by Pinkvilla, Aditya Chopra has teamed up with writer Shridhar Raghavan to lock the script of Dhoom 4. Reportedly, YRF is aiming to take Dhoom 4 on floors in April 2026 while Ayan Mukerji is the frontrunner to direct the fourth instalment of the Dhoom franchise.
A source close to the development revealed to the entertainment portal Chopra's close involvement with the development of the story and screenplay for Dhoom 4.
The source was quoted as saying, "They are currently working on the story draft that's worth the hype around the reboot with Dhoom 4."
Furthermore, the source revealed that Ranbir Kapoor, who will play the lead, is quite excited to get on the journey of heist on the bikes. Moreover, the character is designed keeping his aura and personality in mind. Moreover, Dhoom 4 is being designed keeping global standards in mind.

According to earlier reports, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra might not reprise their roles of Jai Dixit and Ali in the fourth instalment. The makers have plans to replace them with new-age actors.
