Citadel Honey Bunny
Samantha Ruth Prabhu fans have been eagerly waiting to see her back on the screen. And finally, the long-awaited teaser of her web series Citadel: Honey Bunny with Varun Dhawan has hit the web. Directed by The Family Man fame Raj & DK, the web series is a part of the international OTT project from the Russo Brothers. The Hollywood version of The Citadel led by Priyanka Chopra Jonas has already been released.
Varun and Samantha play spies in this series and the teaser promises a strong performance from both these actors.
In the teaser, Samantha Ruth Prabhu stuns with her ruthless and sweet personality. When she is fighting or holding a gun Sam looks menacing whereas whenever she is playing the casual part the actress looks happy, soft, and sincere. Varun Dhawan makes one remember his brutal and rugged looks from Badlapur and Bhediya.
It starts with the remix version of an old classic Raat Baki song and it gels perfectly with the movie’s theme which has an almost dark and grey backdrop most of the time.
The new teaser also reveals that Citadel: Honey Bunny will be released on Amazon Prime Video on November 7. Raj & DK launched the teaser at a special event in Mumbai.
