All the speculations surrounding actor Shivaji Satam's return in CID 2 have finally ended after the promo of the iconic crime thriller show was dropped on Saturday. Shivaji Satam has finally made his comeback on the show as ACP Pradyuman. However, his return to the show comes with a twist. The short promo clip of CID 2 shows ACP Pradyuman attacking Daya, another key character of the popular TV serial.

ACP Pradyuman Attacks Daya!
On Saturday, the promo of CID 2 was shared on Instagram. The promo begins with Daya breaking the news of ACP Pradyuman being alive, to his other teammates. The confirmation makes everyone elated.
While Abhijeet asks, “Where has he been all this time, and what happened to him?", Purvi is seen making a call, informing someone about the ACP being alive.
However, his gunpoint. Moreover, he threatens Daya to remain still. Though Daya tries to remind ACP about their past as colleagues, the latter coldly responds, "CID wale? Matlab tum police wale ho? Puruna hisab chukana baaki hai CID walon se."
Surprisingly, ACP Pradyuman opens fire at Daya, forcing him to flee the spot.

Well, the promo has left fans on tenterhooks. While some suggested that ACP Pradyuman might have lost his memory, others opined that he might be a lookalike of the CID official.
