Alia Bhatt’s simple revelation turned into controversy
During her YouTube tutorial on how she likes to apply lipstick, Alia Bhatt shared that Ranbir Kapoor does not like her wearing lipstick and even when she was his girlfriend he would ask her to remove it saying, “Wipe it off.” It led to a lot of upheaval on social media with many criticising the Animal actor as toxic.
When the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress recently appeared on Karan Johar’s talk show, she revealed that all these allegations shocked her. In real life, Ranbir Kapoor is the opposite of that.
Orange bikini in Besharam song
Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan’s “Besharam Rang” song from Pathaan attracted a lot of criticism. From the orange bikini of Deeps to the tantalising sexy moves of the Bollywood siren in the song, many things about this Vaibhavi Merchant-choreographed song were criticised. A minister from Madhya Pradesh even threatened to stop the release of the movie in his state if the scene/song was not removed.
Despite all such criticism and threats, Pathaan went on to become the all-time biggest hit of Bollywood.
Cringe dialogues from Adipurush
What was supposed to be a magnum opus turned out to be a disaster. This Prabhas and Kriti Sanon movie directed by Om Raut lacked at almost all levels be it VFX, acting, or presentations. But fans were irked more because of the cringe dialogues written by Manoj Muntashir and the director and the writer were both slammed very badly.
Unexpected kiss
Om Raut kissing his Adipurush leading lady Kriti Sanon created a lot of “bawal.” Many found the gesture unexpected and unwanted as both of them were on the premises of Tirupati temple praying for the success of Adipurus before its release.
Nawajuddin Siddiqui’s liplock with Avneet Kaur
Kangana Ranaut -produced OTT release Tiku Weds Sheru featured Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur as the lead stars. There is a big age gap between Nawaz (49) and Avneet (21) and hence a kiss between the two did not go down well with the audience. Many slammed the Kick actor for kissing a young girl like Avneet. Nawaz on his side replied that romance is ageless.
