Indian television’s famous lead actors Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi are back on the small screen in the serial Barastein: Mausam Pyaar Ka. And the recently aired few episodes, fulfill the expectations that the promos that were released last month had triggered.
Kushal is coming back to television after a long gap. Before Barsatein he was seen with Jennifer Winget in Beyhadh which was a big hit.
Shivangi Joshi became a household name with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and was also part of Balika Vadhu 2 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. Now, these two young heartthrobs are paired opposite Ekta Kapoor-produced Barsatein in a romantic drama.
Kushal plays the role of a famous television journalist Reyansh Lamba whereas Shivangi is portraying the character of Aradhana Sahni who works under Reyansh and is also a journalist who has the courage to bring out the truth behind a story.
While both are very much passionate about their work, the two start on the wrong foot when Aradhana steals proof from Reyansh’s library which makes her lose her first job.
With the grace of Reyansh’s father, Aradhana gets a job under Reyansh but the behaviour and arrogance of her boss makes Aradhana lose her cool against him.
Both Kushal Tandon and Shivangi have nailed their characters and have once again proven that they are seasoned actors who can do justice to any role. The sizzling chemistry between Reyansh and Aradhana is one of the major highlights and fans definitely are looking forward to more fights and romance between these two lead actors.
The storyline is fresh and so is the pairing and hence this particular serial is expected to gain good viewership in the upcoming weeks.
