Aryan Khan is gearing up for his first directorial venture titled Stardom which is a six-episode web series. Just as the name suggests, the series will have a superstar and the story will revolve around him a lot. Bobby Deol has been roped in to play the lead character of a superstar in Stardom.
Bollywood Life has reported that Bobby is playing a long and impactful role in this series. He has already won the hearts of thousands of OTT viewers with his memorable performance in the Aashram series. The report says, “Bobby will be playing the role of a successful superstar and has a super fancy character, his stardom in the show is shown larger than life. There is a lot of drama that is involved in his character and fans will be amazed to see Bobby in a never-seen-before avatar".
It further added, “Bobby has a super fancy character name in the show which we cannot reveal now. But all we can say is it's catchy and classy just like him. Aryan Khan is personally a big admirer of Bobby Deol and the way he is portraying him in the show is unimaginable".
So Stardom will be another big project for the Gupt actor who has now bounced back in the mainstream with his remarkable performance as Abrar in Animal. While Ranbir Kapoor led the movie with aplomb, Lord Bobby as he is fondly called made sure that the antagonist that he is portraying stands tall against the lead character of Ranvijay.
