Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set for a comeback after a long gap of four years with Pathaan. Movie lovers have high expectations from the movie as it also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles. While expectations rose after watching the teaser a month back, the latest release of the first song ‘Besharam Rang’ has triggered outrage.
‘Besharam Rang’, featuring SRK and Deepika, is voiced by Shilpa Rao, Caralisa Monteiro, Vishal, and Sheykhar while the music-director duo Vishal-Sheykhar has musically beautified the lyrics penned by Kumaar.
However, movie lovers have slammed the presentation of the song and brutally trolled Deepika. Though the '#BoycottPathan' trend started soon after the teaser's release, it gained momentum only after the makers dropped the song on YouTube.

Deepika is seen donning different bikinis of various styles throughout the song. Though the song is pictured on a beach, this has not gone well with the netizens as Deepika is presented in quite a sensual way. The choreography of the song has also been trolled brutally.
Now, 'Boycott Pathaan' is trending on social media with netizens calling the single a showcase of ‘shameless vulgarity’.
Writter-Blogger Rajeev Gupta wrote, "Netizens Start #BoycottPathaan trend on Twitter Against #ShahRukhKhan's Film #Pathaan. As the filmmakers are fearing that the film may be a super flop at the Box Office, they are desperately trying to promote the film through shameless vulgarity."
