The purpose of the examination is to offer equal opportunities to candidates seeking admission to their preferred universities and courses. CUET scores enable candidates to gain entry to prestigious institutions based on their merit. This undergraduate entrance exam allows candidates to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in specific subjects and domains.
CUET (UG) Aligns With NEP 2020:
CUET (UG) was introduced in 2022 as part of an effort to standardise admissions across central, state, and select private universities in India. Replacing multiple entrance exams, CUET offers a uniform platform for assessing candidates on their language proficiency, domain-specific knowledge, and general aptitude.
