After Clearing Board Exams, Odisha Plus II Student Finds Him ‘Failed’ While Claiming TC 

The CHSE results declared under the alternative evaluation method showed that he had passed the exams with 238 marks. However, when he reached the college a few days later to claim the TC for admission in Diploma course at a technical institute, he found that he has failed in the exams.

In a bizarre turn of events, a plus II student in Ganjam district received the shock of his life after discovering that he had failed in the CHSE board exams while claiming his Transfer Certificate (TC) from the college even though his result card mentioned him ‘Passed’ earlier.

Deepak Kumar Swain, a resident of Tulasipalli village near Bhanjanagar and a plus II student of Kabi Samrat Upendra Bhanja College could not appear this year’s board exams due to Corona resurgence like many others.
