Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are the biggest stars of Bollywood and are known to be best of buddies now, but there was a time when they didn’t share a good rapport. Back then, the feud had intensified to such a level that Aamir had made an infamous statement of naming his dog SRK which made headlines.
Back in 2008, Aamir Khan was in the center of a storm when he had referred to the Don actor’s name as his dog’s in his blog. In his blog, Aamir had written, “I'm sitting under a tree, on the edge of a valley, approximately 5000 feet above sea level... Ammi, Ira, and Junaid are by my side and we are in the middle of one of our favorite board games. Shahrukh is licking my feet and I am feeding him biscuits every now and then. What more can I ask for?”

He also later added that Shah Rukh, his dog was begging for his attention.
In no time, the SRKians slammed him for writing such a harsh statement in his blog. The issue blew so much that SRK stated that his kids were a huge Aamir Khan fan, however after his distasteful comments, they aren’t anymore.
Later, the PK star had clarified saying that the dog was named after Shah Rukh by caretakers of his house, who were his big fans, and the blog was written just for fun, but he continued to receive flak regarding the statement for a long time.
Nonetheless, both the superstars have now left the controversy and their feud behind. For some years now, both of them maintain that they’re good friends and are often seen bonding with each other at various events.
