Salman Calls Dharmendra His 'Father'

On stage, Salman said, “Mere aane se pehle ek hi shaks the woh hain Dharam ji.” He didn’t stop there. With visible affection, he added, “He is my father, that's the end. I love that man and I just hope that he will come back.”

Dharmendra’s Unbreakable Affection for Salman

The love isn’t one-sided. Dharmendra has openly embraced Salman like family. In an old and now-viral clip from Bigg Boss, he calls Salman his “third son”, reaffirming the warmth between them.

Speaking with a proud smile, Dharmendra said, “Waise main toh kahunga, yeh mera beta hai. Mere teen bete hain - teeno jazbaati hain, khuddar hain, transparent hain. Par yeh mujh par thoda zyada gaya hai,” making Salman and Bobby burst into laughter.

He continued, with his iconic charm, “Kyunki yeh rangeen mizaaj hai aur meri tarah thumka bhi lagata hai,” praising the entertainer in Salman while drawing a sweet comparison to himself.

Another memorable moment came from their appearance on Dus Ka Dum, where Dharmendra again showered love on Salman and Sunny.

The veteran icon said, "Ye nayi piddhi ke sabhi heroes Mere bete jaise hain. Bahut pyaar karta hoon sabse. Par tum (Salman) exception ho isi liye, 70s 80s ki meri zindagi bahut milti julti hai tere se."

And then, in classic Dharam style, he added playfully, "Bahut jyada bahut jyada jaise ki hum pyala hum niwala."
