Tollywood’s beloved Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja marked his 58th birthday with more than just celebrations. Treating fans to a special reveal, the makers of his upcoming film, previously known as RT77, unveiled both the official title and the striking first look poster, turning the day into a cinematic festivity.

Title Reveal: The Meaning Behind Irumudi
The project, directed by Shiva Nirvana, is now officially titled Irumudi. The name carries deep spiritual weight, symbolizing a devotee’s sacred offering and surrender to Lord Ayyappa - a theme that appears central to the film’s emotional core.
First Look: A Devotional Transformation
Ravi Teja appears in an entirely new avatar in the poster. Clad in traditional Ayyappa mala attire, he stands amid a vibrant procession of devotees, capturing faith, celebration, and intensity in one frame. The look hints at a character rooted in devotion and purpose, unlike anything he has portrayed before.
Sharing the poster, Ravi Teja wrote, "Some stories choose you at the right moment in life. Feeling blessed to be part of one such story again, letting belief lead the way." (sic)
He further added, "Excited to begin this new journey called #Irumudi with ShivaNirvana & MythriOfficial Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa." (sic)
Later, he also thanked everyone for the flooding birthday wishes.
Ensemble Cast Adds Strength
The film brings together a strong supporting cast including Priya Bhavani Shankar, Sai Kumar, Baby Nakshathra, Ajay Ghosh, Ramesh Indira, Swasika, Meesala Lakshman, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Ramana Bhargav, Kishore Kancherapalem, Karthik Adusumalli, and Mahesh.
Priya Bhavani Shankar plays Ravi Teja’s wife, while Baby Nakshathra portrays his daughter. Sai Kumar, Ajay, Ramesh, and Swasika step into pivotal roles that promise emotional depth and dramatic weight.

Ravi Teja’s Recent Outing
Before stepping into Irumudi, Ravi Teja was seen in Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, a comedy drama directed by Kishore Tirumala. Released theatrically on January 13, 2026, the film featured Ashika Ranganath and Dimple Hayathi and was produced by SLV Cinemas.
