O’Romeo marks the first collaboration between Sajid Nadiadwala and Vishal Bhardwaj, and also reunites Bhardwaj with Shahid after over eight years. The duo previously delivered acclaimed films like Kaminey, Haider and Rangoon. For Triptii, the film marks her first collaboration with both the director and Shahid.

The recently released teaser hinted at a dark, emotionally intense narrative set against unrequited love, passion and violence. Alongside the lead trio, the film boasts a strong ensemble cast including Nana Patekar, Farida Jalal, Vikrant Massey, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani and Aruna Irani.
