Sambalpur: Burla Police on Friday arrested three transgenders for allegedly brandishing a gun with the intent to threaten a youth near Bural Railway station.
Though the matter came to light yesterday, the transgenders had reportedly threatened Rajesh Dey of Sambalpur and even fired a few shots in the air on August 7.
Based on the complaint of Rajesh, Burla police nabbed the three accused and produced them before court. "Our further investigation into the case is on," said a police official.
