Jagatsinghpur: Continuing with its crackdown on gangster Tito links, the Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch today conducted simultaneous raids on the residence of one Diptiranjan Das at Mukundapur in Jagatsinghpur and Bhubaneswar.
The raid was conducted by STF team led by DSP Ramchandra Thamba. One pistol, 12 rounds of live ammunition and Rs 64,000 have been recovered during the raid on the residence of Das at Mukundapur.
Das, who runs several hotels, has been detained and is being interrogated over his alleged links with gangster Tito.
"Details wil be known after the raids are completed," said Thamba.
