3 held in Jamankira Andhra Bank loot case

Sambalpur: In a major success, police today arrested three persons for their alleged involvement in the loot at Jamankira branch of Andhra Bank on August 3.

While the prime accused has been identified as a resident of Uttar Pradesh, two others are from Jharsuguda and Bargarh districts of Odisha.

Police sources said a manhunt has been launched to nab the fourth accused who is still at large.

Rs 1.75 lakh cash, three country-made pistols, 12 live bullets one motorcycle, seven mobile phones and three fake vehicle registration numbers were seized from the possession of arrested accused.
