Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: Job aspirants, here's a golden opportunity you should not miss. The Indian Railways is going to fill more than 60000 vacancies lying vacant under various railway boards of the country. The Railway Recruitment Cell is going to organize the RRC NCR Group D Recruitment examinations in upcoming months to fill up vacant Group D posts.

The procedure to commence the railway recruitment has already been ordered by Railway Minister Piyush Goyal. Interested and eligible candidates should read the detail of criteria's required given below.

Age Limit:

Applicants' age should be between 18 and 33 years. However, there is age relaxation for the reserve category candidates as per the government rules.

Qualification Required:

Aspirants must have passed Class 10th or equivalent from a recognised Institution/ Board. Candidates must also possess National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) as well as Diploma certificate granted by NCVT to be eligible for the recruitment.

Selection Process: The selection of candidates will purely be based on written examination and Trade test followed by a medical examination.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the positions will get the pay scale of Rs 5200 to Rs 20200. They will also get the Grade Pay of 1800 per Month by the Central Government.

How To Apply:

  • Open the Railway Recruitment Board official website.
  • Open the advertisement section and find out the Railway RRC Group D Notice.
  • Press apply now option.
  • Enter the appropriate details in RRC NCR Group D Application Form.
  • Upload the mandatory certificates and scanned copies.
  • Pay the application fee and upload the signature/ photograph.
  • Take a printout of the application form and click on the submit button.

In another recruitment notification, the Indian Railways have invited applications for the posts of Gangman and Khalsi. Interested candidates must have passed 10th, 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. The selection will be based on Computer Based Written Examination (Objective Type Multiple Choice) and Written Examination (Descriptive Type).
