Chaitanya has reportedly rubbished the rumours and was quoted by a daily as saying, "Sam won't quit films as she is super busy with multiple projects currently. She may take a break, but she won't quit now."

On being asked if Samantha and he will have a discussion over the issue, the actor said, "Just like my father, Sam is very frank in her opinions."

All these quitting rumours started making the rounds after barely a year of her marriage when one of her interview came to light where she had told that when she would have a child, that child would be her universe.

"I think the first few years after I have a child, I would not be anywhere. That child will be everything for me," she had said.
