Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has delayed the UGC JRF/NET 2017 June Exam results due to a pending legal petition over answer keys of the exam filed in the Punjab & Haryana High Court in September last month.

An official notification released in this regard on the council's website - http://csirhrdg.res.in/, read, “The declaration of result of Joint CSIR-UGC JRF/NET June-2017 examination held on 18/06/2017 is delayed because of legal issues involved in the wake of the Judgement of Hon'ble High court of Punjab and Haryana in CWP 8015/2017 dated 28/09/2017.”

The UGC JRF/NET June 2017 examination was held on 18 June 2017 and the result was scheduled to be released by October. The online applications for the examination were filled from February 8 to March 24.
