Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna's historical action flick Chhaava, based on Maratha Emperor Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, emerged as the biggest blockbuster of the year. Chhaava set new records with its glorious box office collections and fans were in awe of the performances of the cast, especially Vicky Kaushal, Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, Vineet Kumar Singh, Divya Dutta and Diana Penty, among others. Well, recently, Salman Khan reviewed the movie and expressed his opinion on the performance of the lead actors.

Salman Khan on Chhaava: 'I think...'
Currently, Salman Khan is busy with promotions for his recent release Sikandar. During a recent interview with NDTV, Salman Khan reviewed the movie and talked about Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna's performance in the movie.
Salman Khan was all praises for Chhaava and showered love on the lead pair, Vicky and Rashmika.
Salman said, "Chhaava bahut hi acchi picture thi (Chhaava was a very good movie). And I think Vicky’s done a great job, and so has she (Rashmika)... done a fantastic job in Chhaava.”
Chhaava's Havoc
The Laxman Utekar-directed period drama, Chhaava created havoc at the box office. While the audience lauded Vicky and Akshaye's powerful performance, many seemed to be disappointed with Rashoo's role. However, Chhaava received a lot of love from the audience and several Bollywood celebs. Reportedly, the movie grossed Rs 781.87 crore (worldwide) beating several blockbusters including Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, Ranbir Kapoor's Animal and Sunny Deol's Gadar 2. Chhaava is now the highest-grossing film of Vicky Kaushal's career.

The movie is all set to premiere on OTT very soon.
