"I am a cricket lover and I would like to go to Mohali to watch the thrilling encounter between Pakistan and India," Khosa told reporters here last night.
Khosa, a senior leader of the ruling Pakistan People`s Party, was quick to add that he could travel to India only "with the permission of his party co-chairman, President Asif Ali Zardari".
"I will express my desire to the party`s leadership and will act on their advice," he said.
At the start of the World Cup, Khosa played a cricket match with leaders of his party and prayed for the success of the Pakistani team.
Pakistan Premier Yousuf Raza Gilani today accepted his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh`s invitation to watch the semi-final on March 30.
