A stunning 90-foot-tall statue of Lord Hanuman was unveiled during a Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Houston, Texas, on August 18.
This statue is now the third tallest in the U.S. and the tallest depiction of Lord Hanuman in North America.
Named the 'Statue of Union,' it represents strength, devotion, and selfless service—qualities that Lord Hanuman embodies through his role in reuniting Lord Ram and Sita.
The statue, cast in bronze, depicts Lord Hanuman standing with his palms facing forward and is located at the Sri Ashtalakshmi Temple in Sugar Land, Texas.
The statue's detailed craftsmanship, including the intricately designed mace (Gada) and the elaborate patterns around it, adds to its stunning and visually appealing presence.
The base of the statue features delicate elephant and flower designs, enhancing its overall beauty.
