Dandruff can be irritating during the winter months, causing those unwanted white flakes on your clothes.
So, you can try these east home remedies to tackle dandruff and maintain a healthy scalp throughout the winter.
Neem Water
Coconut and Honey Scalp Scrub: Mix 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of honey, and 3 teaspoons of curd in a bowl to create a medium-consistency paste. Gently massage this mixture onto your scalp, allowing it to sit for 30-45 minutes before washing your hair with a mild shampoo.
Coconut Oil: After washing your hair with shampoo, thoroughly dry it. Apply coconut oil to your scalp and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing with water. Coconut oil not only aids in dandruff treatment but also promotes hair growth.
Tea Tree Oil: Use tea tree oil once a week by adding a few drops to your regular shampoo. It is effective in fighting itchiness and removing dandruff.
Curd: Curd contains lactic acid, which helps eliminate dandruff and strengthen hair from the roots. Simply apply the required amount of curd to your head, massage gently for 4 minutes, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, and wash with lukewarm water.
