Recently, she shared her intense yoga session on social media, which quickly went viral.
In her post, Kriti demonstrated several yoga poses. She began with Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), where she lay on her back and lifted her legs and torso with the support of her hands.
Next, she moved into Halasana (Plough Pose), starting from Sarvangasana and lowering her legs until her toes touched the floor.
She then complemented her yoga practice with reverse dumbbell flyes to strengthen her upper body, balancing yoga with weight training.
