Bulgarian Split Squat: Here, you can use a higher surface such as a chair or bed to elevate your back leg. You can do it without any weight or can add water bottles.
Side Plank: It’s helpful for hip abductors, lats, and obliques. Try to keep your shoulders, ankles, and hips in a straight line with an aim for 1 minute on each side. Add a leg lift to make it challenging.
