Powell Raises: It fixes your rounded shoulder by strengthening the muscles between your shoulders. This exercise can be done using a dumbbell or banded pull apart as shown in the video.

Neck Extension Bridges: Tackles poor posture and neck pain; to do this start with resting the back side of your head on a soft pad attached to the wall with your feet away from the wall. Aim for increasing inclination as you grow stronger.
