T-Spine and Shoulder Opener Level 3: A slight variation to the first exercise, this one needs you to lie down on one side by keeping your lower leg straight and upper leg tucked. Then keep your lower hand on the floor and rotate your upper hand over your head as shown in the video. Repeat it 20 times for each arm.

Lat. Tri. Insertion - Lvl. 1: This exercise needs you to hold a dumbbell over your head for 30-60 seconds by supporting your shoulders on the edge of a chair and keeping your knees on the floor as shown in the video.

Lat. Tri. Insertion - Lvl. 2: This exercise is a slight variation of the Lat. Tri. Insertion - Lvl. 1 exercise that needs you to practice by standing on your toes instead of knees and holding the dumbbell for 10-30 seconds as shown in the video.

Lying Dislocations: In this exercise, you need to lie face down on the floor while rotating a broomstick over your back. Repeat the rotations 5-10 times in a slow and controlled manner for better results.

Standing Dislocations: Here, you need to rotate a broomstick or anything similar object from your front side and over your head to your lower back while standing on the feet with shoulders width. Repeat it 5-10 times in a slow and controlled manner.

Weighted Body Line Drill Back: In this exercise, you need to use a Medicine ball or stick while lying down on your back. Then lift your arms and legs slightly and lower them down till they almost touch the floor, as shown in the video.
